Over deze functie

To design, maintain, and optimize production processes and adapt to changed output requirements. Develop and apply methods of measuring the performance of the production process. Support the production in order to ensure product quality, short lead-times and ‘short time to market’.

Lays down operating instructions, process flow charts, routings, process parameters and indicators. Will execute the test-sequence on every first pilot-system. Analyses the production process within the pilot factory, points out structural problems and bottlenecks, works out suggestions for improvements and initiates their implementation, often in close cooperation with the surrounded
departments as Development, Operations, System Install and Supply Chain Engineering. Contributes to the rapid solution of complex faults and takes the necessary initiatives and practical decisions.
Gathers structural issues and brings his knowledge to (new) product development projects, in order to foresee production problems in the design phase and become more cost effective.

Over jou

Bachelor/master graduate in a technical direction
Preferably 3 years of experience in a production environment with hightech products and complex production processes, preferably in both assembly and test environment
Get-on and do it mentality
Good social and communication skills
Team player
Very active, plenty of initiative
Strong analytical mind
Adequate English language skills in speech and writing
