The goal is to process all consultants related invoice and time sheets processes within the requirements set by Brunel Energy Europe and the (inter)national law, rules and regulations, and process and maintain invoicing processes.

Tasks and responsibilities:

  • Create invoices according to client guidelines
  • Ensure proper documentation for each invoice
  • Approve data entry for invoicing processes
  • Monthly processing outgoing invoices
  • Send invoices to clients
  • Update ERP
  • Work on monthly work in progress list (finance)
  • Check and approve incoming consultants invoices and time sheets
  • Administrative overall support the back office

Over jou

  • Strong administrative skills
  • Eye for details
  • Assertiveness and pro-activity is in your DNA
  • In possession of a Bachelor degree, preferably a financial package
  • Experience in an international environment
  • You speak and write Dutch and English fluently (French is a plus)
  • Result-oriented, accurate and team player
  • Planning and organizing skills
  • Able to work a number of tasks at the same time
  • Able to work very well with Microsoft Office (Excel/Word)

Wat wij bieden

  • A salary between €2200 - €2500
  • 8% holiday allowance
  • Travel expenses
  • 32 - 40 hours

As a Financial Operations Officer – Invoice you are part of Brunel Energy’s Europe & Africa Shared Service Center team who currently provides essential Back Office support to external consultants seconded to Oil & Gas clients throughout the world.
