Brunel Top Benefits

The Brunel Top Benefits package offers attractive pay and benefits, such as the chance to earn bonuses on top of your monthly salary. You’ll also receive a great pension scheme and discounted health insurance.

On top of this we offer attractive leave. At Brunel, you’re entitled to 26 days’ leave per year, with the option of purchasing 14 additional days. You can also take extra time for personal matters such as weddings or carers’ leave.

While you’re seconded you can choose from several types of contract, depending on what suits you. You might receive a regular contract, whereby we’re responsible for continuity in the projects, or you could become permanently employed by one of our clients after a set period.
