Your challenge as Order Manager CT & PROS is to manage the process from receipt of customer order in the CT factory up and including delivery to the hospital for a certain region of the world.

About this role

Your Responsibilities

As Order Manager CT, your responsibilities include:

  1. Screen and confirm the sales orders, as send to you by the orderdesk of the sales organizations, so that the requested delivery date of the customer can be supported and can be executed by the factory.
  2. Ensure the sales orders, as confirmed to the salesorganisation, are delivered by the MR factory and logistic service providers, whereby you pro-active identify and resolve bottlenecks which hamper shipment or transport.
  3. Manage backorders items to ensure CT system can still be installed in the hospital on time.
  4. Optimize the allocation of customer orders over the available CT systems for your region, to improve the delivery date, CT revenue, factory loading and distribution cost.
  5. Prepare, organize and lead weekly orderbook review meeting between factory and market (group) to optimize allocation.
  6. Act as single point of contact with the logistics organization of your marketgroup for orderfulfillment subjects, whereby you are capable to resolve 1st level of escalations.
  7. Ensure SAP transactions for order handling are timely executed and SAP orderbook data quality is well maintained and up-to-date.
  8. Manage returns so to that the cost for Philips are the lowest possible.


Your Team

You are part of the CT & PROS Orderdesk team, which consists of a group of ordermanagers each responsible for the orderfulfillment process for a certain region of the world. The CT & PROS Orderdesk is supported by the S&OP team, which ensures there are sufficient CT systems planned for to support customer demand and meet S&OP targets. The CT Orderdesk is also supported by the CT Catalog team, which ensures that the CT systems, options and upgrades that are in the CT catalog can be shipped. These three teams together report into the CT S&OP manager, to whom you report directly.

About you

We are looking for

  • Bachelor degree in supply chain is preferred, intermediate vocational needs to be combined with sufficient experience
  • A person who is willing to drive the process rather than being part of the process
  • A person with following behavior and character: customer-focused, precise, persistent, finisher, make-it-happen attitude, pro-active, deliver on commitment, social, group player
  • Someone who is familiar with the LEAN terminology and way of working
  • SAP and Wiskey experience are both a plus
