Job description

As reliability engineer you participate in development teams of the product line, here you are responsible for implementing intrinsic reliability in new products, packages and process developments (LDMOS or MOScap). You execute a thorough risk-analysis on the development of complex product/ process/ package concepts based on FMEA analysis, knowledge of structural similarity rules and applicable quality specifications and you translate this to a qualification strategy. Besides these tasks you will analyse and conclude on failures in reliability testing in cooperation with failure & material analysis. You also develop the associated project management plan, monitor, control and report on project activities and quality.

About you

  • Higher professional education (hbo) Physics, Electronics or
  • Knowledge on IC reliability and IC technology
  • Expert knowledge of quality tools (FMEA, 6-Sigma, DoE, 8D etc)
  • Analytical thinker, problem solver
  • Good organizational and project leader skills, high level of
  • Team worker with good communication skills in English
  • Strong in communication, interaction, presentation and reporting
  • Flexible in working off-office hours to assure realizing
