About this role

As a mechanical design engineer you will be focused the following phases:

  • Feasibility phase: the study of the Customer Requirement Specifications (CRS) and the feasibility and producibility of mechanical component
  • Definition phase: coming up with a description of system design requirements and specification
  • System Design Phase: the generation of system design concepts and review
  • Detail phase: being part of a multidisciplinary team of approximately 10-15 (lead) designers and architects
  • System verification: verification of design requirements and chosen concept
  • Production release: release of the design for production

In this role you will be coming up with well-considered choices, validated against system requirements as well as defining the high-tech modules and related technical interfaces. Also, you will be in charge with monitoring that the projects remain within the agreed specifications and by using a helicopter view and creativity in order to find solutions in case of conflicts.

About you

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
  • At least 2 years of experience
  • Experience in high-tech domain is a must
  • You have experience with 3D design tools NX or SolidWorks
  • Experience in design in a multidisciplinary environment
  • Fluent English (both written and spoken)
