About this role

Our global medical device customer is looking for the CAPA Engineer to strengthen the team. In this role you will be a part of the division focused on real-time therapy, aimed to improve millions of peoples' health.

  • Generate and analyze required CAPA reports for management and reviews.
  • Organize CAPA review boards
  • Support the CAPA Owner through the life-cycle of the CAPA providing knowledge and guidance throughout the CAPA process.
  • Facilitate product and process Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) investigations from issue identification through implementation of solution and effectiveness monitoring.
  • Project management for all aspects of CAPA activity which includes gaining the commitment of cross functional resources, scheduling CAPA team meetings, and ensuring CAPA deliverable's per project timelines.
  • Represent CAPAs during audits and CAPA Review Board meetings.
  • Lead and mentor cross functional teams with the implementation of appropriate root cause analysis techniques (e.g. Pride problem solving).
  • Analyze quality monitoring data sources and apply statistical techniques to identify existing and potential causes of non-conformance's.
  • Work effectively with all levels of management to ensure CAPA action plans can be supported and that costs/resources needed to implement the plan are availableFurthermore, you will support Corrections and Removals, Post Market Surveillance and Vigilance.

Requirements

• B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Engineering, preferable in Medical or Bio Medical.• 3-5 years of experience in a Medical Device Company
• 3-5 years of experience in Quality related processes• Experience background: Working knowledge of appropriate global regulations, requirements, and standards such as EU-MDR 2017/745; 21 CFR Parts 803, 806, and 820, ISO 13485, and ISO 9001, and ISO 14971
• Excellent communication and writing skills in English• Good time-management skills
