As a customer experience manager, you create customer journeys in complex environments. You get to the root of the customer experience through interviews and then translate these insights into personalised, consistent and relevant propositions across multiple channels. You protect customers’ interests and ensure that they remain loyal and satisfied; you’re a natural at stakeholder management and totally familiar with the lean method.
