In practice
When you join Brunel, you may be seconded to one of our clients or work in sales or administration at one of our own Brunel offices. Seconded employees don’t follow the internal Brunel introduction program – you’ll start with an introduction evening.

Introduction program
This extensive Brunel introduction program (only for those employed directly by Brunel) will give you a good start. Our training courses, personal coaching and practical assignments ensure that you add to your knowledge, insight and skills, while at the same time you’ll get to know us and lay the foundations for your work network.

You career at Brunel
Following your introduction, we’ll offer you lots of opportunities for development, depending on your needs, which you can discuss with HR or your personal Brunel consultant. This can lead to professional training, which will help with your performance, or to skills training, which will help with your personal growth.

Coaching
Helping you grow through on-the-job coaching is a continuous process at Brunel, and is essential if you want to get the best out of your training. Your career development is on the agenda at every evaluation interview.
