Students and Young Professionals

Looking for an interesting job that will allow you to put your knowledge and skills into practice? Want to work in one of the most international countries in the world? With Brunel, you’ve come to the right place. We work with organisations that employ engineers from all over the world. We also provide you with support for all the arrangements you have to make as an expat coming to the Netherlands, from housing, health insurance, visas and work permits, to registering with the tax office.

What does working at Brunel look like?

Living and working in The Netherlands

Before you can get to work, there’s administration to sort out. We help you with all the necessary paperwork, such as registering with immigration services, opening a bank account, acquiring a social security number, and getting health insurance. Brunel’s partnership with CZ – one of the largest health care insurers in the Netherlands – means we can even provide discounted health insurance. If you’d prefer to use a different insurer, we can help you with that, too.

It’s great to have a challenging job where everything’s taken care of, but there’s more to life than work. Ultimately, the whole picture needs to work for you. So what else does the Netherlands have to offer, apart from great jobs in engineering? According to the UN index of human development, the Netherlands is not just one of the world’s most developed countries, it also has one of the strongest and most prosperous economies, and it offers outstanding healthcare.

Does this sound like something for you? The first step is connecting with us in a video conference call or a face-to-face interview. During this first meeting, we’ll discuss your CV, and your suitability for roles with or via Brunel. If we see a mutually good fit for a position we’ve discussed, we’ll then introduce you to the client. Depending on the client’s needs, you’ll have one or more interviews with them, and if all of the meetings go well, we’ll discuss employment conditions. You’ll be on your way!
